We are searching for a Account Executive to join a Healthcare Payment business in Ohio.

$95,000 - $120,000 + bonus and 'best-in-class' healthcare
REPORTS TO
Chief Operations Officer
ROLE PURPOSE
The primary role of the Account Executive is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to help achieve retention and growth objectives year over year, while serving as a liaison between the client and our operations team. The Account Executive will work in conjunction with the PBMs to ensure the needs of their plans are met. The Account Executive collaborates with product owners, senior leadership and other team members to maintain the most effective service delivery. Assist client constituents by applying industry knowledge and expertise, while tracking the outstanding needs of our partners. An effective Account Executive will establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal partners and work collaboratively across business functions to ensure customer needs are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build relationship with assigned clients and guide team members in managing the client relationships they are responsible for
Support the service & administration of products to achieve client satisfaction and profitable growth
Monitor client activity and Monthly Scorecards for assigned book of business, identify and report on trends and variances
Proactive and reactive support of client issues
Identify retention strategies and product enhancement opportunities to promote retention and organic growth through client feedback
Resolution of issues to ensure client expectations are satisfied; provision of feedback and status updates; conducting and delivering Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans
Ensure ongoing communication with the client by attending annual, semiannual, and/or quarterly meetings/phone calls
Obtain feedback on the utilization of client facing applications
Assist new client implementations and begin building new relationships with new clients being onboarded
Analyze client performance, support client initiatives, understand each client individually and retain this information for the organization in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Be knowledgeable of Medicare Part D and the role of both the PBM and plans

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ Years of Account Management required
Must be proficient with MS Office tools including MS Word, MS Power Point, and Excel
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and quickly adapt to change
Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material by using strong analytical skill-set; ability to effectively use data for strategy
High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
Effective communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver difficult news when necessary
Some travel will likely be necessary

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
